Dirty politics, No events or programs will be conducted. They conducted some worst speech in front of a eye catching banner inside the office premise(working space) and share the pics of these events into social media and others will think that, wow! such a awesome events were conducted by this company. This was happened in the 50thanniversary of our company. so I think I don't need to mention about other events like, Onam, Long service awards, Christmas etc... Even they attached the long service awards, 5, 10, 15, 20 years awards also conducted in the same event in front of that banner. At last but not least, this company or the company peoples treat consultants(Temporary staffs) as a Casual Labor from Bengal. It is the timing that they provide and also you have uk shifts with allowance but it ends before 11pm hence a good shift.

The managements they have especially in AP side is terrible and unprofessional which seeks no personal development for us as an emerging intriguing employee who seeks to learn lot.

The worst part is dealing with overseas stakeholders who has no clue as to what they are supposed to do and always point fingers at offshore support team when things invariably go wrong. Management is interested not in simple solutions but in high cost flashy ideas that fails on ground. There is no skill development, No official promotions, salary offered on the bases of employees response or behaviour...Hardworking and smart employees will not get good hike and promotions, these people being judged in the office. Some seniors male and female from past few years playing mind games and contneously disturbed workholic person.
