I was appointed on the basis of 3 months contract promise a permanent post at the end of the contract but they never fulfilled their promise my contract was extended for next three months with the same promise and it went on for a year with no change to my job status. I never felt job satisfaction even if I hit my monthly target every month because they management never seem to appreciate contract employees. They treat contract employee very poorly. The work profile and work load taken on by both permanent employee and contract employees are one and the same but only the permanent employee experience the monetary benefits such as quarterly salary hike, bonus. Dislikes

I worked in RM ESI for 1 year going through 4 contract over this 1 year. Promising a permanent post after each contract but the HR team never fulfilled their promise, puting the blame on the department I was working which was not the case.

Since I didn't get proper training, I found the job a bit difficult in the beginning but later on the job was quite interesting.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
