Im spoiling my carrier for working here with no benefit. No appraisal no job promotion nothing for past 2.5 years. Im really working hard for this company but they didn't consider for work performance here. They only give appraisal and promotion for they liked people. Our senior are not bothering about our carrier. Literally they are spoiling our carrier growth
