I am working with Risebird from a long time and still continuing as this company is very innovative and they have launched the first interview management platform which has been copied and introduced by other competitors as well.Risebird has launched "verified interviewers database" which is still unmatchable in the market. Risebird is having category "A" investors who are very happy with the team and all new products launched and they are always available for all "all hands meeting". They have recently launched "virtual interviewer machine"(invented by the founder Ashutosh Seth based on various researches he was involved since last 4-5years). Virtual interviewers machines are being used by most of the IT product companies and is going to be the next big thing in the global talent assessment space. If you like to challenge yourself continuously and want to see yourself in a successful position then this is the place for you.But if you are looking for a monotonous 9-5 job where there is nothing new to learn then Risebird is not your cup of tea. We always get salary on time,there is not a single day delay in salary credit. As far as I know,the company is having a lot of investors support and either they are in the process of fund raising or they have already raised it.It will definitely be announced when the right time comes....Read More

I was not even trained on how to write an email when I joined Risebird 8-9 months back.I am able to handle everything of my job with ease.I was trained so well that I don't fear now to perform any task.

Dislikes

extremely toxic work culture. Management always threaten their employees of getting salary deducted. Too low salary. Had to work more than 10 hrs a day without getting bonus. You'll laugh hearing the salary they pay 15000/- per month to the MBA graduates.
