Top management peoples are very poor and the don't know how to treat the employees. Always bosses are domination (Do what i said -if wrong work also) and if they are fool means we wants to act like a fool. The skilled peoples will not work here. 10 years experienced people appointed as a assistant manager but 6 yrs experienced candidate appointed as Manager.
