I like all the system . which is use for work. And discipline in work.and one of the most important thing is that not any person interfare to other department.. And all staff helps each other for all kind of issue.

I m not dislike of any work in Richa Fashion . I leave Richa Fashion only one reason that I want to grow my experience and I want to change my designation. Or not any other problem.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I look after the entire product Quality according to buyer demand .and handle to all employees and teach for stich according to approved sample which is given by buyer .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
