My experience is that the company is not much good. They don't try to know others mind or new employees ideas are always poor for them. their imposing way is very professional. Beginners or freshers can join but the experience holders should not join the company, they will not learn anything from here.

The behavior of the senior levels. They behave worst with the juniors.

I was Merchandiser at the company however what the team gave me to do, the work of a helper- only up & down, I couldn't make decisions on any point. I couldn't offer my opinions on any task. My .experience was worst with the company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team in Richa& Co. They manufacture a high quay products and a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes . I have to work 9 to 12 hours strayin a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also there is no on job training for Freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.

Well I like the company and most important I only have focus on my work so, I also like work culture but the only problem I faced there is salary What they committed to give at the time of interview is 35k and now they refused to give.
