Absolutely 0 Job security. No domestic business base. I was fired from my job in 6 months and my colleagues got fired in 6 months. Don't prefer this job for System & process & Also just for a peaceful work from home. Management will fire you at anytime over a single phone call and ask to leave on the spot. This happened to my entireteam. You can't bring business with the MOQ what they have. Very less products that too all generics. No FR&D Team in Organisation. Management has no plan/strategy, no vision. Don't spoil your career. Somehow we have got an excellent opportunity once we got fired. But that is not possible for everyone....Read More

I would strongly advise against joining this company. Despite the supportive nature of your collogues, the upper management is highly problematic. They provide Chromebook to every employee and make you sign a contract for 3 years, so you can stay in this company for a long period, if you leave before that period, they will file a legal case against you. The MD of this company uses abusive language towards everyone even girls also which creates a very hostile work environment. Throughout my tenure, I did not encounter a single positive feedback from any employee. Few positive feedbacks you might see are often posted by the company itself. Mr. Bijendre Sir, is the only one who genuinely cares about the employee staff, However, he is also bound by the Monga family. Please think carefully before deciding to join this organization. In my ten years of experience, I have never encountered a company like this. I cannot fully convey my dissatisfaction in words.
