My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. REYNOBOND is the worst company I had experienced. Employees are not treated with respect. In this employee don't get fixed salary properly, their is no job security, Very very Bad work culture, Management is worst, Company policies is 420. Moto of company "How much sales you will give that much of salary they give". While before joining the company they will tell as fixed salary some 20000 but after one month they will be considering on target based. Eg: January month sales is 45% from your salary they will give 45% only...Read More

Don't give any security cheque before joining. General manager is C___IA. They are not legitimate. Basically an 840 company. I strongly recommend don't join.
