The best part to work with Rexnord is you get to learn more about the product.employees are treated well. work timings are 9 to 6 pm and bus pick up and drop is given by company.

There is nothing to like about Rexnord Electronics and Control Ltd. The company carries the 'Ltd.' designation in name only, as its facilities do not meet the standards of a limited company.

Dislikes

1. Bad Management: The management is controlling, with no support for employees. 2. No Job Security & Unfair Rules: They didn’t tell you about the NDA and three-month notice period before joining. You found out later. 3. Salary Issues: Salaries are paid late, on the 10th of every month. If you take leave between the 1st and 10th, your salary gets delayed by five more days and is paid by check. 4. Poor Bus Service: The company provides a bus, but if it’s late, you have to stay back and make up for the lost time. 5. Stressful Environment: Phones are not allowed at work. Once inside, it feels like a prison. 6. Trouble When Leaving the Job: If you decide to quit, they treat you badly, and it’s hard to get your final salary, even after following up many times....Read More
