Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite. And after that they change their decision any time...and not bother to update person who further working on same? In short management will leave you ambiguous for further work rather than solving your problem. And no inter-department communication and later management put all blame on purchase team....Read More

Training and learning is very good in Rexnord Electronics.Products are very good abd new technologies are added every year. Management is very supportive and Fellow team mates are just awesome. Everyone including freshers are given good role and responsibilities. There is a chance to learn many things if you are greedy to grasp.
