JBM has Job Security

Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire newEngineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month....Read More
