I must sau nothing special about revolut, They don’t care about your mental health, they don’t care about your work and performance, they only know how to fire an employee. First they hire lots of employees then they fire according to their own convience

Somewhat decent salary which comes with insane pressure, sleepless nights and weekend tasks.

India business is being run like an aim less cannon with excessive pressure being applied on the employee by leadership which has no expertise & vision. Absolutely no dignity of labour, no work-life balance and no growth opportunities. India CEO is a self obsessed individual who shamelessly priorities her own growth (branding/PR) over company interest and team growth.

Horrible India Team and laid back people. No one wants to get the job done in time. The India leadership including the CEO has no clue where the firm is heading. Maybe the main CEO Nik will have to look into it on his own. No job security
