I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Everything about resurgent. No work life balance here. Totally sales driven company. Credit analyst reporting managers are sales person Very very high pressure on analyst team. Analyst has to work continue more than 15 hours everyday to meet deadline of projects. No independency for credit analysts. Very less leave provided by company.
