It's a robot company, not for humans. They pay less for the work you do. Once you made a mistake, they will give that as a reason for every hike and promotion. Poor infrastructure, poor work life balance and poor management

1) Too much politics in manager 2) no hike and promotion 3) Managers will not follow the ethics, they shout on employees and no respect 4) No proper cab facility 5) difficult to live In organisation. 6) because of all these attrition rate very high.

The company culture and infrastructure are excellent. The team and colleagues are supportive. Salary and benefits are also good. It is a good place to work.

• Some of the senior team members are really supportive and knowledgeable • Good place to learn about insurance operations, communication skills, team handling skills....only if you are willing to put extra effort • Management recognise the good work done by the employee and exposes them to the next level

• Micromanagement • Most of the times management doesn't care about employees capabilities, they just want things done within set timeline. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
