• Some of the senior team members are really supportive and knowledgeable • Good place to learn about insurance operations, communication skills, team handling skills....only if you are willing to put extra effort • Management recognise the good work done by the employee and exposes them to the next level

Dislikes

• Micromanagement • Most of the times management doesn't care about employees capabilities, they just want things done within set timeline. No matter the cost • Some team members are burden to the team, can't even think logically for simple tasks • Management exposes you to the next level of responsibilities for the same pay • Some team members really lack professionalism • No job <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">security</mark>...Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
