Company culture is really good. This was my second company. Overall they focus on employees career development and soft skills. Training given about pharma Industry was really awesome and i learnt Pharma hiring in this company. The base of my Mapping and Headhunting skills was developed in this organization and today , I am leading hiring in one of the top pharma companies. Work environment was sometimes tough but that made me learn so many things which helped me to grow in my career. Sometimes , it is difficult to close the positions as most of the positions are niche there. They should also provide a little flexibility in terms of taking early leaves or work from home.

Compare to kind of work and work load, employees are less here and management should increase the number of employees. Transportation service is not there, Laptops/Mobile should be given to all. Salary is also not proper and should be increased. Team gets changed without prior information
