Teammates is Good, training is good, job security is ok, no career growth, salary is not good, politics have so much, working environment is ok, work and life is not balancing

My teammates is good but not supporting and so many thing that's why I can feel it's not a team because in my team team work is not there, and 2nd thing company said first 3 month of training period there is no salary diduction but they are diducting so much which is also not in company policy, politics is also there</mark>. They also said working days is Monday to Friday according to the company rule but I worked monday to Saturday and real time is 9 am to 6: 30 PM but I worked 9am to 9 Pm, if you have any health issues but you have to work hardly which is really a part Diprassion of my side ....Read More
