Everyone is a leader here. One has to follow the organizational hierarchy. You are free to take decisions rather than depend on others. Management is super supportive and always looking to explore the latest trends in the market to train people.

Dislikes

At times, I feel too much ownership may lead to unwanted situations, but definitely these were backed by seniors as firefighters.

Work Details

My work involves 360 degrees of any primary research that needs to be conducted within and outside the boundaries of our country.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
