It was a disastrous experience working in Republic Bharat. Work timings were pathetic, 11-12 hours shift is a norm. And everytime something big is happening, expect to be there in office for as long as 15-18 hours. 6 days working, another pathetic thing about this company. No support from manager or your teammates as everyone is just trying to save their jobs.

Dislikes

Every now and then, you will be asked to resign if you don't like their working environment which I mentioned above. Even if Republic Media offers you triple your salary, don't join. It's a trap. I had a bad experience even while getting my relieving letter, which I eventually got. Biggest flaw in hiring was that they didn't tell me what exactly my role will be in the company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
