Because of less work force you are forced to work 4 times more than what you are supposed to. However that is not right but in a way you learn everything.

Dislikes

Almost everything, salary is 2-3 months late always. They fire you without any reason and notice, no respect for people working there. No is cooperative.

The company culture is too bad to join. As a fresher, the seniors will expect you should know everything and will bas at you for mistakes. Seniors even get so mad that they start abusing you. The manager will is solely responsible for such toxic work culture. The company doesn't release salaries on time.

Nothing, the office culture is so toxic that they even expect you to work on your off. Talking about salary, it will be blessing if it comes on time. Also, even if you are a staff writer, they want you to work on everything from A to Z. Some seniors are so irresponsible that they will assign their share of work to the juniors and even interns. Same goes for their sister organizations.

Everything! It was like a torcher on a daily basis

Although I was primarily working on the website team, but I had to do many different things. For the first time, I was happy that I didn't learn designing or web coding, otherwise they would have asked me to do that also.
