Speaking about work here. There is lesser pressure as per compared to other housing finance companies. I am looking after cash flow and accounts.Its smooth. Colleagues are helpful. Company's transfer policy is good, but not implemented in my case. :(

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Appraisal/promotion/Confirmation is a hassle. Mind games and manipulation by management is absolute worst. Ex if u take care of xyz dept in a branch your promotion/confirmation/appraisal will be affected immensely if other depts in ur branch are not giving good results. If your BM is good, office will become enjoyable. Office politics and mid level politics makes everything disgusting.
