I am glad to get into the Reliance, Am a F&V department Manager over here, I saw my training manager who taught me to face every critical situation with a brave heart, my team mates are so supportive and in the reliance, job is so secured until and unless doing any malfunctions. Salary growth would be good but i dont know clearly as of now i have completed only 6 months in the company.
