They support me alot during corona pandamic time. The reliance pay the full salary to us during this time and teammates are supportive. Company policies are so good and the give good salary.

There is a lot of politics, career growth is so slow and some staff are not genuine

Team support, Salary is available on time, and many other facilities are available , That's why I like working in Reliance Smart. I feel like a family while working in Reliance.

...me juniors and don't do a dime of work. *Work to pay ratio is pretty messed up * Should adjust paid leave and Accidental late arriving coz if u arrive 5 - 10 min late due to any reason maybe weather travel issues that's your problem again plus salary is deducted thanks for poor attendance system * Should add a chair for cashiers coz our legs are in so much pain * A white shirt wearing man standing outside store is not just a watchman its a nightmare * Manager gets shivered if they find expiry or marked down product and then manager scolds us for not selling it There are way more If I can say contact me on I sta : @_sahilkushwaha_ Cliffhanger warning : Once a crate of oranges arrived in store later we discovered there was a mouse dead in it guess what we did.... contact to continue

...r forced to overduty ,work hour is 9 hour but manager forced to 10/11 hour duty.if you want bonus then complete 1 year service in this company.. Online attendance mein dikhaya jata h ki full time Wale 9 hour hogeya aveetak mark out Nehi kar raha hain everyday 10/11 hour work karne k baad mark out karte h fir v HR mail wagara Nehi karta
