Instead of promoted you will be demoted by this organization.. Totally unsatisfactory experience in Reliance. employees exploitation. Your skills will not be valued nor they care about the Frontliners (ground level) team.. We as a sales people worked so hard to grow the business for them and when the business is set up they layoffstheir employees.. Don't join any division of Reliance it will hamper your career.
