If u r working in rcp then life would be happening. Work and culture in dependent on ur manager and his manager. Do understand senior leaders are of older generation.

Every vertical doesn't add equal values and so quality of work totally depends on function u r working in.

On-time salary and incentives. The Coursera platform they provide to get education and skills is very good.

Everything apart from salary and incentive. The company is providing us all kind of facilities that are more in comparison of other companies but there is no work life balance. There is no job security because the management change the structure in every 3 - 4 months. Company transfer us in multiple roles and locations to save our job that is very unsatisfying. Management is very poor. Ground reality work environment missing. Local Market manager and stormanagers including HR not doing anything for employment point of view. No growth plan. Only employment ka misuse ho raha hai.
