Totally miss management of Human Resource . Last but not the least once you work with reliance no other company will hire you

Illogical management, set the culture of non profit since launch and didn’t even make changes in the article types to get profitable according to their situations and live life happily at that time now suddenly want all stores in profit which will take time but the senior management is full of anger on current staff and don’t have patience to wait for the changes I think theirs a gap of knowledge in system how to lead and how to communicate or expect the things from subordinate , work culture is very very annoying and bad no family life and your boss don’t want you to leave the store even after finishing the shift , language used in the cluster is like we are not employees they behave and thought that we are as a servant for them and keep expecting motivation , this company is just ruining the personal life of managers , this is the worst culture I have ever experienced no positivity and soon gonna Layoff many employees already passed the instructions to layoff sum third party people from store. If you want to live then don’t join the reliance retail Grocery formate , or else you might loss everything from your life wealth, health, family time , work life balance, even smile from your face...Read More
