It's my first time working in supply chain management as I joined as a fresher working with reliance is great experience for me their working culture is also good and team members are very supportive.

Dislikes

Time management not there some time it's get frustrated and There is a lot of politics and management team is not supporting. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is bit interesting because it's pure core supply chain management company. I struggle Little bit in the beginning and training session not provided by company. I learn everything on job but work biased culture is there.

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Few things are really good at RBL like learning experience is good and job security. HR are supporting.

Growth and Salary increment are not good at all and the work culture and environment is also not good.
