No job security provided. I'm a part of layoff in 6 months of joining. HR directly give reason of work rating and ask for the drop the resign. I just join in Nov 23 and drop resign in Jun 23. They don't give me time to excel and develop a skills required for job.

It's my first time working in supply chain management as I joined as a fresher working with reliance is great experience for me their working culture is also good and team members are very supportive.

Time management not there some time it's get frustrated and There is a lot of politics and management team is not supporting. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is bit interesting because it's pure core supply chain management company. I struggle Little bit in the beginning and training session not provided by company. I learn everything on job but work biased culture is there.
