This is a retail company so mostly focus is on the customer satisfaction. I like that my colleagues are from different cultural background but we work happily together., job security is most important thing which I like in reliance retail they don't fire any employee without reason. Career and compensation growth is slow. There is no training for freshers senior employee have to guide them.

No career growth, appraisals are for name's sake and no clue why a candidate is hired and what is his exact job role. candidates are just filled in for the sake of manpower fulfillment in the teams that to by balancing the cost by mapping them under different managers of different domain. No appreciations and motivation from top management.

Nothing to like.Worst company culture. Higher management are clueless. Some lady cluster manager are horrible. Without knowledge they are only blaming others. Reliance is not recommended.

No promotional structure. No salary increment. It's nothing but to ruin your future growth.

No clarity about work process, what to do for a particular tasks none have any clarification from management. Everyone is throwing ball in other's court. There is no clarity about appraisal and promotion process. Don't understand why insurances, group term insurance are included in CTC because these clause only applicable when you an employee applied for it. It's not a part of fixed salary.
