Worst management. Personally targetting the new joined employee. Less motivation skills. Top level management they dont know to treat under working employees. They will encourage the political and bucketting employees. They will regret the good working employees. Totally worst management for this only every store is getting close.

I don't like anything in Reliance consumer product limited (RCPL)

Dislikes

No proper Appraisal usually 4% hike, Politics game, Toxic environment, people chews Pan masala, RMD, rajanighanda in the office I don't tolerate smell and they spit every where, this is the worst scene I have ever seen in any company.

Reliance was such a company in which there was never any problem and the incentive policy was quite high, it took a lot of work, reliance digital is a very good brand
