Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

HR is not that great. HR is not working for employee based.Just following instructions. Mediclaim insurance money taking too high in CTC. Work from Home facilities not available HR has no proper evaluation for long run employee.depend what respected department evaluate.

Company is very good 5star. But the authorities or high level employers makes it 3 star. Company dont know how to hire deserving candidates. They hire most of studpid persons. Not all but 50% they hire at upper lever are stupids. They make company toxic.That’s it

Work Culture, Ethics, everything is bad in Reliance Retail. There is no means of your Position and Post at which you are appointed. Suppose you are a Outbound Manager, Transport Manager, Inventory Manager or DCM but you will be forced to visit in the market for marketing and increase the sales. It does'nt matter either you are from sales background or Operations or anything else. Company as whole provides everything. But Hr doesn't care about employee.they r busy in their daily breakfast lunches. No discussion at all with people.

Favourtism at its peak ...if you have some good contact with any higher official in Mumbai ...u will b treated like king. And top management her is blind...they know but don't react on the favourtism given here

Attitude of staff management floor manager are not ready to coordinate or co-operate with you and your times are manipulate by manager any time and work pressure is so High according to salary provided to staff. Specially CM is not supporting and he want results.
