They think that company have made them senior and whatever they want to they can or they never respect the talent,skillled employees they only respect types employees are puppet for them .

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

Poor Support from the management Specially in Hub and Transport Vertical, Full of politics and favorism, RM humiliate employees on various platform, When someone stuck in operation and seeking support from RM, Never get support from the RM Hr know everything but they also evolved in that politics
