Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

Extended working hours upto 14-15 hours a day, postponed weekly offs and at times no weekly off in a month, their system will not allow you to mark all 7 days present and only show 5 days working, My manager was very bad as they feel themselves old company employee and almost like an owner, actually their was no culture under him.
