There is the worst working culture, no job security, no ethics, 1000+ layoffs recently done, no hierarchy in terms of band wise, anyone can get any role, anytime HR will call you and ask to put a paper down, even you don't know what is going on and what will happen with you next moment.

If your work hear for 10 year. Due to pressure your life will be shorten for 1 year . They want engineering Graduate with 20 year exp travels in local bus however HR policy clearly allow AC cabs. Hotel limited to 2000 however as per HR policy your eligibility is 6500. HR policy are fake and you are not going to enjoy that. On annual report they hit height profit of history, but on every 3 year 1 year increment they don't release. Job security is poor, 1000 layoffs done....Read More
