It's a good company to work, if they become little employee centric

1. Erratic upraises 2. 25% variable pay on CTC which most of the people won't get because of bell curve 3. No Diwali bonuses as most of the retail 4. No clear direction on goal, sometimes they want to be Zara and sometimes Zudio 5. No clear goal settings for Middle Management employee, as top posts are getting filled either by expat or favourables
