Supported employees during pandemic from free vaccination to giving free treatment if covid positive. Proper product training with trainers were also good.

Dislikes

Toxic environment, dictatorship. No freedom of speech. Too much work pressure. Worst management by managers. Salary is equal to nothing. Incentive policy and parameters are worst.

Too much stress leading to facing burn out. Can't give time to family in public holidays and heavy workload. Had to do 17 hrs shift in public holiday with no extra pay.

Reliance is an amazing company. Helped a lot during pandemic situation. Gave free vaccination to all the employees. Process and facilities given by reliance is very good but management seems working for themselves only not according to the company's rules and norms.

1) very low Salary compared to industry standards and in this times of inflation era and lot of work. 2) growth is very low. 3) increment are jokes. 4) Improper management system. 5) No feedbacks are taken seriously 6) Hired for sales associate but you are expected to do every other i rrelevant works as well. 7) no over time pay. 8) Management's only focus is sale doesn't Focuses on analysing problems and rectifying it. 9) management might take advantage of your helplessness situation. 10) Forced to do anything at anytime (can't say No) 11) lack of resources. 12) Only concentration is to achieve parameters for insentive....Read More

It feels good to learn new things but forced to do some irrelevant works as well which might hamper sales. Also the environment is negative. Dictatorship rules. Improper behaviour with staff so that one might quit the job when they want to remove employee
