Where our VP Mr Darshan mehta were keep on motivating each employee at the same time i and plenty of more employees were moved to jiomart in a different segment which doesn’t even relates to us and our salary packages got decreased to less than 50%.

Same what I’ve mention above.

Work Details

Company is good enough to work with but failed to handle few employees during this pandemic, think when this covid had ruin most of the healthier businesses then what can it do a normal employee who’s salary decreased to less 55%.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
