The worst management I've ever witnessed, the person who is so called manager named manish yadav, extremely egoistic and arrogant person, a person who has police case on him (put by coustomer , for behaving inappropriately and shouting in the store in presence of cameras), person who assaulted a staff using abusive words, language repeatedly, this type of person is working in the company, and HR and the third class management are in the support of this unethical person and his behaviours, This person is a big dark spot for the company and other system is just for the formality,can't even take the right action,...Read More

Huge office politics and foveratism unable to survive job and very less chance of growth and pramotion No vision of business all of experiment base,which reason of layoff. No HR policy, every thing is showoff. No value of employees

No career growth, appraisals are for name's sake and no clue why a candidate is hired and what is his exact job role. candidates are just filled in for the sake of manpower fulfillment in the teams that to by balancing the cost by mapping them under different managers of different domain. The working style is a major problem the senior management is very indecisive and they only want managers who say “ yes sir I can do it for u” they don’t hv a habit of hearing NO…they were known for job security and learning everyday at workplace but there is no job security every 6 months they r companies which r not performing well and need to be closed … instead of opening new stores the whole team is working on closing of stores They ask for business without checking their basics Basic supply and availability of stocks are not available at their stores with POs being raised and no marketing who’s do u think are they going to increase footfalls into their stores It’s run by a leadership team who only understand finance n numbers n money But behind that number there’s the marketing category supply have to do U can sustain easily if u r bosses favourite … u just need to know how to say yes sir It will be done...Read More
