CURRENTLY COMPANY IS sacking people from the post.. They are unnecessarily pressurizing people so that they leave the company. Anyone planning to join organisation please avoid joining as work culture is zero , yaha per chatne walo ko promotion dia jata he if you have contact in top management then you will get promotion. Cluster managers in some regions are very bad in talking with store managers, they think company belongs to them and hence they do make such type of statements that mere hisab se kam karna hai to Karo otherwise nikal jao yaha se. Yaha per logo ka personal ego jyada aa jata he while working for the organisation..‼️‼️ I would suggest that if u are getting salary of 10% lesser somewhere else kindly join there other than coming here because they don't understand need of people.....Read More
