No., Till the time employee working company take as more as work From employees there is no work life balance, too much pressure. And I am having bad experience I even after spending 6 years I am not getting end to end support to Clear my PF grievances. Pl look into the matter

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
