Nothing to be specefic. During my tenure I encounterd life thereting experice. Certain Mr. CHUVENDU GHOSH is the main culprit. He encoure people for malpractise, interrnal monmey transfer just to remain inn system. Everybody specialy the HR team knows this but unable to act (dont know the reasons). Even he served the notice period then also got the promotiuon by gving 3 M (Money-Meat and ____) to his boss. Most disgraceful person is that GHOSH i ever encountered in my life....Read More

No roll to play by HR. They are very good but unable to act due to managment pressure. HINDOL SINHA, KHIROD JI all are helpful apart from this CHUVENDU. We all got new job, but can assure you, this GHOSH wont find any other job than JIO MART....not capble to be a watchman in ATM.
