They just hire people without any plan. Top guys does nothing, just they time pass and recruit people without any plan and send them out to save their job. Most of the people managers blames their own team guys to save their job. Worst work culture.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
