I never received this much disrespect and torture from any of the colleague ever in my life. Work life balance is 0. I was getting sick as I was the sole person responsible to stand all day on the floor and even after that seniors use to shout on me claiming that they can't see from their blind eyes me working lmao. The asm didn't know anything about the people management he told me to leave if I'm thinking about leave even for a second. Pathetic and poor work environment one who got the integrity, power ,talent can't even breathe in that environment for a longer period of time. I resigned within 5 days but the real suffer begun in my notice period. People kept lying over there for their own advantages. No week off on my last week of notice period, was about to meet an accident after continuously working and not getting holidays. Such a waste.....Read More

. Good store manager . Polish your skills at establishing clientele relations .Incentives if you meet the target .Recognition from store manager for hard work.

. Did not get full salary as well as two months incentives after leaving the company. Did raise issues with biometric system not taking my finger print through mails and calls. But they didnot pay any attention to that during my last working month. Had to remind them to pay me my salary after 45 days of leaving the company. And instead recieved only base pay. Not satisfying after having put so much efforts on sale. . It's a dog eat dog world in retail. If you are a newcomer, old employees would snatch your customers saying they have dealt with them before, so they are their customers. . Have to stand on the store for most of the day....Read More
