Employees of company because they don't follow herarchy for themselves but they want follow herarchy by another and junior . Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

First of all people here don’t have any idea on promotions. Nothing is organised here and every petty task is being implemented manually. Manager does favouritism and there’s no one to check this.. specially in Reliance Trends within Reliance Retail, people are too much toxic. They do not have any knowledge and have grown from beinga store manager to a chief manager in the Head office and does all unprofessional things. I don't like anything in Reliance consumer product limited (RCPL)

No proper Appraisal usually 4% hike, Politics game, Toxic environment, people chews Pan masala, RMD, rajanighanda in the office I don't tolerate smell and they spit every where, this is the worst scene I have ever seen in any company.
