I don't like anything in Reliance consumer product limited (RCPL)

No proper Appraisal usually 4% hike, Politics game, Toxic environment, people chews Pan masala, RMD, rajanighanda in the office I don't tolerate smell and they spit every where, this is the worst scene I have ever seen in any company.

Politics regarding promotion only for North more supportive. Treat like office boys and no respect. Salary less while joining one offer and after 1st month getting very salary. Understand I got correct offer letter with package on 6 Attempt . Chuthiya people here

Company as whole provides everything. But Hr doesn't care about employee.they r busy in their daily breakfast lunches. No discussion at all with people.
