Company is very good 5star. But the authorities or high level employers makes it 3 star. Company dont know how to hire deserving candidates. They hire most of studpid persons. Not all but 50% they hire at upper lever are stupids. They make company toxic.That’s it

There is no internal growth in reliance smart, they hire outsider for the position of department manager but not give growth to internal staff who are working there 4, 5 years and also having knowledge and education.

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
