Store Manager aka Store Karta is egoistic and do favouritism. He doesn't have any kind of system knowledge and delegates all task to his subordinates. As a result his store has high attrition rate. Shows favouritism by only accepting leaves to those who is sweet to him. While he relieves all his responsibilities on Assistant Store Manager and Department Manages and takes leaves regularly.
