One of the worst environments to work for,they hire cheap labour,on second and third party,the company doesn't value people and iteration is always at peak,bossy culture,lot of pressure and less people more work,complete disaster how different teams coordinates.

Work Details

Was part of retail,though part of huge project but no training, no coordination among teams,can learn lot of tech but they use quite outdated systems and dont value employees,less people more work.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
