There is a lot of stress in work bcoz of field work, training should be given to new joinees, to improve their activities.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job ,I got the chance of work experience with the company , thanks for the opportunity you have given me.

It's an excellent opportunity to house wife's to balance home, children and balancing time to do all kind of works with earning. It's a good and best company to do services related policies. It's a good company to offer lot of support to orphan and helpless people.. there is no other company in India like as this.

It's bad thing that two Managers behaviour and way of talking is so rude. I hope those two managers are not suitable for this company even those members have lot of experience means also.. those way of talking is not good. It's not only my opinion but also my colleagues opinion too.
